A am both a guide and a photographer.
I'll be giving a tour and occasionally take a photo of you with the background of my beautiful city.
I shoot with a professional mirrorless camera Fuji XT-30.

Please take into consideration the weather forecast, our climate is very different from yours, please be prepared so that you don't catch cold. St Petersburg is famous for quick weather changes, we may see 3 or 4 seasons in one day (sunshine, rain, wind might be expected).
In autumn and winter I always dress for a temperature about 10'C lower that forecasted. Humidity and wind-chill is a ... let's say a problem.
Think layers! In a way that you can take something off if hot, or put it on if it gets cold and windy.
Even in summer light scarf or shawl may save the day.
Bringing an umbrella is almost always a good idea.
Comfortable shoes is a must!

In summer don't forget the sunscreen for your face, the sun here is very active.

If rain is expected I advice bringing a colorful umbrella (not black!) or a raincoat. Sparkling pavements and reflections in the puddles will help us create fun photos. Rain is not a problem unless it's pouring rain with thunderstorm.

For temperatures lower than -15'c you'll need to dress in multiple layers, plus scarf, gloves or mittens, warm hat/bonnet and 2 pairs of socks (lifehack from someone who hates cold feet).

If it's really REALLY cold we can either change our program a bit (less outside time, more museums, shops and cafes). I often do little lectures/discussions about the city while sitting in a café waiting for the rain to stop.

If you are not ready for such challenges we can either hire a car with a driver to take us anywhere we want or we cancel/move the tour to another day.

​Please consider carefully your outfit for a photo stroll. The best option is light solid colors with no prints, letters and sparkly elements.
It's better to avoid dressing 100% in black and dark colors as they absorb all light.
Feel free to add colorful accessories.

As a group I'd better dress every person in coordinating colors. For example everyone has a white/beige top, or wearing jeans, or wearing accessories of the same color.

That way you'll enjoy looking at those photos for decades.

I will send you the link to a cloud with your photos in the evening after a tour (during hugh season it may take up to a week)

You'll receive about 40-70 images (from 1 photostroll, depending on the itinerary) without heavy retouching.
